Debbie Phillips is Founder and Director of Operations for Skilled Staffing Solutions. Her background living abroad and working within the hospitality and adventure tourism industries have given her a leading edge in her ability to supply qualified and experienced employees. Debbie is directly involved with the sourcing and selection of qualified candidates and personally interviews the applicants. She is a known diplomatic leader when working with other cultures. Her fourteen years experience recruiting and managing staff has assisted with hundreds of successful placements in Canada and the U.S. since 2004.

Debbie feels that the key factors in the success of Skilled Staffing Solutions have been the firm's ability to develop close relationships with all of their clients and recruits, providing a full service, no worry recruitment process for the success of all involved.

An honours graduate of the Tourism and Travel Program at Georgian College, Canada.

    

Horaine Harris, a native of Jamaica, is Recruiter and Liaison Officer for Skilled Staffing Solutions. His  extensive background in the hospitality industry and ties to Jamaica make him an invaluable member of our recruiting team. In addition, experience with the U.S. H2B program has given Horaine knowledge and expertise that is invaluable in assisting with the HR needs of the perspective employers. His cultural background provides unparalleled liaison assistance for the employers and employees during their stay.

Well known and respected in the hospitality industry, Horaine is recognized for sourcing and recruiting the best candidates possible.

Horaine is an Honors Graduate of Georgian College, Canada.

Both Debbie and Horaine have a passion for their work and believe in taking a philanthropic approach to what they do.                     

  

Nadine Gayle-Williams is the Recruitment Administration Manager in our Carribean Office. Her background in hospitality and business in the areas of Department Trainer, Lecturer, Supervisor and Administrator along with her current quest for her Associate Degree in Human Resources make her an invaluable asset to our team. Nadine is a constant force at the Canadian High Commission and the U.S. Embassy and is accredited with making the Skilled Staffing Solutions name synonymous with quality.

  

Nethesia Abbott is the Adminitrative Assistant in our Caribbean office. She has an Associate Degree in Hospitality, Entertainment and Tourism Management, specializing in Food and Beverage. Formerly an Instructor/Facilitator at the College of Hospitality and Vocational Skills in Jamaica, her background in Hospitality and Tourism lends great expertise to our team of professionals.
